✅ 1. Full Refund – Our Commitment to You

We offer a 100% refund in the following situations:

You don’t receive the E-Visa or Visa Approval Letter within the promised timeframe.

Your visa request is rejected by Vietnam Immigration.

We make any mistake or error in your application (In this case, we will refund 100% money or re-arrange a new visa to you)

In these cases, just send us a message at info@vietnam-arab.com – and we’ll process your full refund within 1–2 business days. Fast, simple, and stress-free.

✍️ 2. Change or Cancel Your Application

If you change your mind or make a mistake in your visa application:

You can request a free correction or cancellation your visa order within 15 minutes after submitting your visa application.

After 15 minutes, your visa may already be submitted to the Vietnam Immigration Department and a cancellation may no longer be possible.

We always encourage you to double-check your details before submitting.

⛔ 3. When Refunds Are Not Possible

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in these cases:

You submit incorrect information but do not notify us in time.

You change your travel plans or decide not to enter Vietnam after the visa has been submitted.

You cancel your trip due to personal reasons or airline issues unrelated to our service.

Our team works hard to process your visa as quickly as possible, and once it’s submitted, the processing fee is non-refundable.

💡 Important Notes

All refunds are processed via the same payment method you used to place the order.

Refunds typically take 1–2 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
